Quality Management

The successful certification according to AS9100 is evidence for process oriented flows complying with the standard of aerospace and aeronautics. This also means complete traceability of production batches and comprehensive monitoring of process performances.

 

 

Quality Assurance

Supplementary to our quality management we monitor the quality of our products by using different inspection methods.

Our inspection laboratory is equipped with

• 3D coordinate measuring machine Wenze LH87 with scanning function
• Hardness tester (Vickers, Brinell)
• Form tolerance and position tolerance measuring machine "Hommel Formtester F4004" (year of manufacture: 2009)
• Digital microscope, up to a magnification of 1000x
